Shipping policy

1. Delivery Days

We deliver orders on the following days from 18:00 to 21:00 (on Saturday from 13:30 to 16:30):

Monday
Wednesday
Friday
Saturday

2. Order Time (Cut-off Time)

Orders placed before 11:59 AM on a delivery day will be delivered on the same delivery day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

3. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within our designated delivery area. For more information about delivery options, please contact us.

4. Delivery Costs

Standard delivery fee: €6.95 per order
Free delivery for orders above €65.00

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered on the next available delivery day, depending on the time the order is placed and the delivery schedule.

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Collection

It is not possible to collect your order.
All orders are delivered to your home by our staff.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or the recipient’s absence, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Any additional costs may be charged.
